Welcome Back!

Live Well for Life has a new location.

As of November 2, 2009 Live Well for Life, Dr. Nicki Anzalone and Dr. Hugo Orozco, will be located at 3840 Belfort Rd. #305 Jacksonville, FL 32216. Live Well for Life is pleased to share its location with Health Point Jacksonville. Please keep posted for more exciting news and great upcoming events!

It is a great passion of mine to share with you as much health related information as I can. In order to make the proper choices for your family, you have to research and build a greater knowledge. You can no longer make health decisions based on blind faith. When it comes to your health, you must ask questions and be fully involved in every process along the way.
